How should the counter-rotating conical twin-screw extruder be operated for no-load test run?

For newly purchased extruders or those that have undergone major overhauls, no-load trial operation must be conducted before production starts. The operation steps are as follows: 
①First, start the lubricating oil pump and check for any leakage in the lubrication system. Ensure that all parts have sufficient lubricating oil in place. The lubrication system should run for more than 4 to 5 minutes. 
②Start the main motor at low speed, and check whether the current and voltage meters exceed the rated values, whether there is any scraping between the screw and the barrel, and whether there is any abnormal noise or vibration in the transmission system. 
③If everything is normal, slowly increase the screw speed and pay attention to any changes in noise. The entire process should not exceed 3 minutes. If any abnormality occurs, stop the machine immediately, check and eliminate the fault. 
④Start the feeding system, check whether the feeding screw is working properly, whether the adjustment of the feeding screw speed is normal, whether the electric motor current is within the rated value range, and check whether the interlock between the feeding screw drive motor and the main motor is reliable. 
⑤Start the vacuum pump and check whether the vacuum system is working properly and if there is any leakage. 
⑥Set the heating temperatures for each section, start heating the barrel, and measure the time it takes for each heating section to reach the set temperature. Once all heating sections have reached and stabilized at the set temperature, measure the actual temperature with a thermometer. The difference between the actual temperature and the indicated value on the instrument should not exceed +3℃. 
⑦Turn off the heating power supply, start the cooling device alone, check the working condition of the cooling system, and observe whether there is any leakage. 
⑧Test the emergency stop button to check if it is accurate and reliable.
