What are the key points of process control in the extrusion molding of PE sheet (plate) materials?

① Generally, when forming LDPE, the temperature of the feeding section of the barrel is 150-160℃, the compression section is 160-170℃, and the homogenization section is 170-180℃; when forming HDPE, the temperature of the feeding section is usually 120-140℃, the compression section is 140-160℃, and the homogenization section is 160-180℃.
② Generally, when forming LDPE, the temperature of the middle section of the die head is 160-170℃, and the temperature of the two ends is 180-190℃; when forming HDPE, the temperature of the middle section of the die head is 155-165℃, and the temperature of the two ends is 175-180℃.
③ When the rollers of a three-roll calender are arranged in an "I" shape, the sheet material should gradually cool down as it passes through the three rolls to prevent the product from deforming and warping due to excessive internal stress. Generally, the temperature of the upper roll is controlled at 60-70℃, the middle roll at 80-90℃, and the lower roll at 70-80℃.
④ Generally, the three-roll calender should be as close as possible to the die lip to prevent the sheet blank extruded from the die lip from sagging. The distance is usually 50-100mm.
