How should the JPX65 parallel twin-screw extruder be operated for a no-load test run?

The operation steps are as follows:
① After all the preparatory work is completed, close the main power supply, turn on the power switch, the power indicator light will be on, and the power voltage will be indicated as 380V. Set the temperature parameters and start preheating and warming up.
② When the barrel temperature reaches the set temperature, maintain it at a constant temperature for 20 to 30 minutes. Manually rotate the main motor coupling. If it can be rotated without any abnormal scraping sounds, subsequent operations can be carried out.
③ Open the oil circuit valve of the transmission box, start the lubricating oil pump, check if the rotation direction of the oil pump is correct, then adjust the pressure to about 0.6MPa, run for 10 minutes, and check if there is any leakage at each pipe joint. If everything is normal, adjust the pressure to about 0.3MPa.
④ Start the vacuum motor, close the valve between the exhaust chamber and the condenser tank, open the vacuum pump water inlet switch about 114, then start the vacuum pump, check if the rotation direction is correct and if there is any air leakage at each joint. Then gradually open the valve between the exhaust chamber and the condenser tank, check the exhaust condition of the exhaust chamber. If everything is normal, close the valve, the water inlet switch and the vacuum pump.
⑤ Start the oil pump motor, open the inlet and outlet valves of the barrel cooling system, start the high-temperature oil pump motor, check if the rotation direction is correct, adjust the gauge pressure to about 0.6MPa, open each solenoid valve and throttle valve one by one, and check if there is any leakage at the oil inlet and outlet pipe joints. If everything is normal, close each solenoid valve and throttle valve, adjust the gauge pressure to about 0.3MPa, and then turn off the high-temperature oil pump motor.
⑥ Start the feeding motor and check if the rotation direction of the feeding screw is correct.
⑦ Start the oil pump motor and the main motor, adjust the screw speed of the main motor to no more than 40r/min, and the idle running time of the main motor should not exceed 3 minutes.
