How should the load test operation of the JPX65 co-rotating twin-screw extruder be carried out?

The load test operation for the JPX65 co-directional parallel twin-screw extruder is as follows:
① Turn on the power switch, set the temperature parameters for each zone, and preheat and raise the temperature of the barrel.
② Once the barrel temperature reaches the set temperature, it should be maintained at that temperature for 20 to 30 minutes. Then, manually rotate the coupling of the main unit. If it can be rotated without any abnormal scraping or friction, the subsequent operations can be carried out.
③ Start the oil pump motor and adjust the pressure to 0.15 to 0.3 MPa;
④ Set the screw rotation speed to zero, start the main motor, then slowly adjust the screw rotation speed to keep it at around 40 r/min. Check for any abnormal sounds and this process should not take more than 3 minutes.
⑤ Set the feed motor speed to zero and then start the feed motor;
⑥ After the head material can be extruded normally, adjust the rotational speed of the screw and the feeding speed to the normal production values;
⑦ Open the cooling inlet and outlet valves of each barrel, and cool the barrel.
⑧ After the extruder is running normally, open the water inlet valve of the vacuum pump and start the vacuum suction system. The vacuum degree is generally controlled at -0.06 to -0.04 MPa.
