The main reasons for excessive fish eyes in hard PVC transparent sheets are usually excessive resin fish eyes, or the raw materials containing PVC resin of other types, or incorrect resin brand, or insufficient plasticization and mixing during the molding process.
The solutions mainly include: 
①Strictly screen the resin to remove impurities and coarse particles; 
②Select resin models strictly, and do not mix different models of resin; 
③ Test the resin before processing, strictly control the quality of raw materials, and do not use resin with excessive fish eyes; ④ Strengthen the mixing and plasticization of materials during the molding process to make the plasticization uniform.
