② The pulling speed of the traction machine does not match the conveying speed of the bending machine; 
③ The metal liner itself is not straight, or during the bending process, the forces applied to each surface are uneven. 
④ The traction machine's tracks are not level, and excessive clamping force causes deformation of the metal liner and co-extruded profiles. 
The main solutions are: 
① Improve the uniformity of profile thickness; 
② Adjust the traction force of the tractor and the levelness of the tracks; 
③ Adjust the bending machine's rollers to balance the forces on all sides; 
④ Adjust the traction speed and conveying speed to make them synchronized.
