Why is blown film prone to wrinkling, and how can it be resolved?

The main reasons for membrane wrinkling are:
① The barrel and die temperatures are too high, resulting in insufficient cooling;
② The angle of the fishplate is too large;
③ The traction device or tensioning device is unstable;
④ The traction device is not aligned with the center of the chevron plate and the die head.
Measures to address the issue:
① Lower the barrel and die temperatures, ensuring thorough and uniform cooling;
② Adjust the angle of the V-shaped board clamp;
③ Adjust the traction or tension device to maintain stability;
④ Adjust the traction device, the chevron plate, and the die at the machine head to ensure their centers are aligned.
